We’ve been working with Spendor Audio since 2017, developing a more emotive, cohesive brand and applying it to a range of communications across all online and offline touch points. This has included product literature, packaging, exhibition and retail displays, advertising, videos and a new website.

Spendor Audio, who are based in Sheffield, design and manufacture high-end loudspeakers, which are distributed globally. With a company history spanning over 50 years, the brand were feeling pressure from competitors and had recognised that their image was both tired and dated.

After initial consultations it was clear our Brand Workshop and Brand Essence developments stages were going to be critical to the success of the project. What transpired was the huge opportunity to strengthen their retail & distribution business partnerships alongside an internal culture campaign of improved brand understanding and awareness. We needed to better define their purpose, proposition and personality – whilst staying true to their heritage.

 

The outcome has been exceptionally well received with new assets for all internal and external communication, a defined tone of voice, stronger business relationships and an impressive increase in sales, which has increased year on year since our partnership began.     "Understanding what benefits the Brand Workshop & Brand Essence approach can produce, certainly seems like a leap of faith given the initial investment. This method is different to other branding agencies who immediately start designing new assets from a brief supplied to them.
