Higherground is a well-established flooring company based in Camberley, Surrey, with a strong reputation built on its quality product range and outstanding service.

The company approached us for branding advice on the recommendation of another long-standing client, and gave us carte blanche to do whatever we felt necessary to add a quality experience to its brand – and assist with big growth aspirations. Following an in-depth brand analysis, we advised, somewhat to their surprise, a little judicious tweaking, rather than wholesale changes. Very much less is more. For example, we retained the existing logo, but rendered it in copper foil, and replaced the regular white letterhead with the more contemporary concrete colour to complement the copper foil. We also improved the exterior signage and customer experience at the Camberley showroom.

The biggest change, and main investment was the website. It was clear to us the nationwide potential this offered for new sales opportunities both from consumers directly but also influential interior designers. Significant planning and investment was put into place to design and develop a fabulous new online eCommerce customer experience.

The new website design, content strategy, user experience and migration work not only met the shared objectives but exceeded all expectations. Within the critical first 2 months since launch, the new website launch exceeded industry standards with improved bounce rates, user engagement and most importantly, sales continued to flourish.

The outcome has been a huge success and catapulted Higherground as one of the UK’s leading suppliers of quality flooring across all areas…carpets, rugs, wood and laminate. The business now generates 85% of its turnover from the website alone.

"Warren Creative have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Over a relatively short period of time they have gained a deep understanding of the business. Their holistic approach has provided Higherground with a beautiful distinct personality. This has set the business apart in a crowded market place, which in turn has increased leads and turnover. My only regret is not having acted more swiftly on their recommendations."
