Harlequin London provides sales, support, guidance and advice to interior designers, retailers and the hospitality industry from its offices and showroom in Chelsea, London. The company asked us to help refresh and reposition its brand identity as part of a wider overhaul of its business. We ran a strategy workshop, which gave us both a complete overview of the company, and focused our minds on what needed doing (and when) and how we could help move the business forward in a manageable way.
For our refreshed logo, we adopted that most noble and instantly recognisable dog, the Harlequin Great Dane, with a chartreuse colour palette and prism/diamond pattern inspired by the costume worn by the original Harlequin, who was a court jester. We introduced a strapline – ‘The interior designer’s best friend’ – which continues the playful theme, while sitting perfectly comfortably within Harlequin’s luxury market. As part of our wider business strategy, we helped to create Agentia, a sister wholesale company acting as exclusive UK agents for some of Europe’s leading luxury interiors brands.

The show 'doggy' bag was a huge success and well sort after.
