Warren Creative have our own commercial servers running both Windows Server and Linux, dedicated only to our customers and managed by Rackspace, these servers are protected by a commercial firewall.

It is a requirement that your website has a maximum disk space usage of 1GB and a maximum monthly data transfer of 5GB, more disk space or data transfer can be purchased if required. The disk space is where your web site files are stored, monthly data transfer is the amount of data that is transmitted between the servers and visitors to the site, this is also commonly known as bandwidth usage. We also provide a full email solution including comprehensive spam and antivirus scanning, or if required we can point MX records to a third party mail server. We are able to install third party solutions on your behalf if not deemed to be a security risk and can also provide full DNS management on domains.

Green Hosting

Rackspace takes the environment seriously and has several initiatives towards making our own company greener and reducing our carbon footprint, which in turn helps make our customers become greener too.

Rackspace became one of the UK's first hosting companies to offer greener hosting solutions through tree planting when it partnered with the ITF, the world's longest standing tree planting charity. Rackspace is planting between 300-400 trees a month and has already filled two sites in Pembrokeshire, Wales with nearly 2,000 trees and are now rapidly filling a new site in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. In turn these projects enable Rackspace customers to lower their own carbon footprint by tree planting, which mitigates the carbon generated through the servers.
