If you suspect that you have received unsolicited mail from one of our users, please notify us immediately at email@example.com. We will investigate every complaint and you will receive a response from us detailing the actions we are taking to deal with the issue.
Creative Response prohibits clients from sending unsolicited mail, and does not allow the use of third-party, purchased, rented, or harvested mailing lists. Any customer found to be using Creative Response to send such mail will be banned from the use of our service.

As noted above, all complaints are investigated, and you will receive a response detailing the action we are taking to deal with the issue.
When submitting an abuse report, please provide a copy of the email in question, if this is not possible, please provide as much information as you can for example the date and time the email was received, the subject or anything you can remember about the email itself, this will help us to investigate the matter more promptly.
