Based in Monaco, Yacht Investor is THE magazine for the international superyacht market, with a worldwide readership of UHNW individuals looking to buy, sell and charter the most luxurious and beautiful private vessels afloat. As the leading title in the market, the brand enjoyed significant equity, so we looked to evolve, rather than recreate it. Our strategy was based around priorities and a staged approach, rather than trying to do everything at once.
There was a need to establish clarity and direction, and we worked on defining the magazine’s personality, proposition and positioning. We then expressed them clearly and elegantly within our new creative to better reflect the audience and subject matter. We established a set of brand style rules, a new typographic approach and art direction for imagery. It’s still a work-in-progress, but helping a brand evolve and seeing it grow steadily is something we truly relish.
