The Kitchen Store is the sole UK manufacturer and distributer for Paula Rosa & Manhattan Kitchens, as fitted in many new-build homes, but also popular for refits due to their exceptional quality and value for money. The company has two main revenue streams: designing and installing new kitchens within Sussex; and selling additional parts and accessories online for owners of existing kitchens. The Kitchen Store had ambitious growth plans, centred around a new flagship retail store in Hove. The company came to us for a full brand audit and re-brand, to establish the brand architecture required to fulfil its objectives.
The result was a formal division of the business into two, giving each area the freedom to expand and develop without compromising the other. Based on shared brand identity style, tone of voice and messaging, we developed a striking new brochure website for the local, direct-customer ‘design & installation’ side, and a new ecommerce website for the national online ‘extras’ business. We also carried the new brand style through to the company’s new retail store, creating an interior design that offers an inspiring and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike. Under a retainer relationship, we provide continuous support with advertising, marketing, point-of-sale and other branding requirements.
