How popular is your website?

How can you increase sales?

The answer is to use Google Analytics...

What is Google Analytics?

Google Analytics provides valuable information about your website traffic and marketing effectiveness. Powerful, flexible and easy-to-use features let you view and analyse your web data so you're more prepared to write better-targeted ads, strengthen your marketing initiatives and create higher conversions online. Poor performing pages can be identified using techniques such as funnel visualisation, where visitors came from (referrers), how long they stayed and their geographical position.

Google Analytics can track visitors from all referrers, including search engines, display ads, pay-per-click networks, email marketing and digital collateral such as links within PDF documents. Integrated with AdWords, users can review online campaigns by tracking landing page quality and conversions (goals). Goals might include sales, lead generation, viewing a specific page, or downloading a particular file.

Get information on key statistics such as:

  • Number of visits?
  • Number of Page views
  • When do users visit my site?
  • The Site usage
  • Bounce Rate
  • Number of pages visited
  • How many New Visitors?
  • What Countries do your Visitors come from?
  • Traffic Sources Overview
  • Content Overview
  • Compare to Past Results
  • How is your site performing Daily and Hourly?
  • Time spent on each Page?
  • Percentage Exit Rate

Setting up Google Analytics

Firstly, we set you up with a Google Mail Account - you will use this to login (password protected) to view your reports. We will also send you a Quick Guide to Google Analytics document to help you get started with this excellent statistics tool.

We add your profile to Google Analytics and insert the code provided from Google into your website which will record and display results within Google Analytics. We then also add a XML Site Map of your website to Google to monitor your sites performance - this becomes valuable if we perform regular Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) tasks on your behalf.

How much does it cost?

A one-off payment of £70.00.
Google Analytics fee payable in advance, price ex.VAT.
